By choosing to purchase a product through Aniceto & Bigg, you agree to the terms of and understanding of this privacy policy. The collection of personal identifying information and credit card information is only used for the purposes of processing, completing and mailing your order.

How Your Transaction is Processed

Once you choose to purchase one of our products, you are linked to our account located on the 1shoppingcart.com server. Your credit card information is then sent and processed through our account with our merchant services payment gateway provider PSI Gate. PSI Gate's role is to process your credit card to our PSI Gate account. Your personal identifying information (name, email address, mailing address, phone number, type of payment method) in addition to the products purchased is stored both on our account with 1Shoppingcart.com and PSI Gate merchant gateway.

Your credit card number is visible to Aniceto & Bigg Co. for the period of 1 month from the date of your purchase in the event adjustments or refunds are required. After this point, your credit card information is automatically made inaccessible by both PSI Gate and 1Shoppingcart.com. If you chose Paypal as your source of payment, your transaction and credit card information are processed solely through the Paypal system and Aniceto & Bigg Co. never have access to credit information.

Additionally, in order to process your receipt and track your purchase, your personal identifying information and the products you purchase are recorded in our Simply Accounting Database. This database does not store credit card information. Our Simply Accounting software is not internet-based meaning it is only accessible by Aniceto & Bigg Co. You can request to have this information removed from our databases, please contact our Privacy Officer at 1-888-739-1119.
